BlueTie email degradation
Resolved - At 10:50AM today our storage subsystem experienced a controller failover which resulted in degradation for a small portion of our users. Our IT Operations team began to triage the event when alerts flagged the issue. The problem was quickly identified and corrective actions began, working through the impacted mail servers. At 11:35AM the last server was corrected and everything became fully operational. Our datacenter operations team will continue to analyze the event and take any necessary corrective actions.
